Please log in to the My ENGIE Portal to update your email address on file. If you need more detailed instructions, you can find them on page 15 of the user guide


If you don’t have a customer portal account yet and would like to create one, you can chat with an agent or submit a ticket via our ENGIE Resources Support Portal with the email address you'd like to use for your login, along with your billing account number, and list of meters, and we'll assist you with the registration process.
