How do I get a copy of my bill?

Invoices are available on My ENGIE Portal. From the landing page of the portal, click on "View Accounts".  On the next page you will see a tile similar to the one below with your information.  Click on the "View Statement" button.


If you would like to see an older statement, navigate from the left hand side to the "Account List" page.  From here you can click on the PDF icon to see the corresponding statement.

If you do not have a My ENGIE Portal account, please submit a ticket with the email address you'd like to use for your log in credentials alongside the account numbers you'd like to see in your portal. We will send you an activation link to activate your account. 


My ENGIE Portal allows you to easily view and print invoices, make payments, set up AutoPay, access your account history, generate reports, and take advantage of many other helpful features.
