ENGIE offers multiple ways to find balance information.
1. MY ENGIE PORTAL
You can find your balance on the My ENGIE Portal. From the landing page of the portal, click on "View Accounts". On the next page you will see a tile similar to the one below with your information. Instructions to navigate to your balance information can be found on our MEP User Guide.
If you don’t have a customer portal account yet and would like to create one, you can chat with an agent or submit a ticket via our ENGIE Resources Support Portal with the email address you'd like to use for your login, along with your billing account number, and list of meters, and we'll assist you with the registration process.
2. Automated Telephone System
Call 866-693-6443 and follow the prompts to obtain your balance information. You will need your 6 digit billing account number (without the zeros) and your billing address zip code.
