ENGIE offers multiple convenient ways to may payments.
1. MY ENGIE PORTAL
Many payment-related inquiries can be efficiently managed through our My ENGIE Portal. This includes tasks such as adding or editing a payment method, making a payment, setting up AutoPay, and reviewing payment history.
You can find detailed instructions to navigate to payment-related items in the My ENGIE Portal user guide.
If you do not have a My ENGIE Portal account, please chat with us or submit a ticket with the email address you'd like to use for your log in credentials alongside the account numbers you'd like to see in your portal. We will send you an activation link to activate your account.
2. Automated Telephone System
Call 866-693-6443 and follow the prompts to make a payment. You will need your 6 digit billing account number (without the zeros) and your billing address zip code.
Payments can be made via ACH or Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is a 3% processing fee.
