How do I renew my contract?

You can receive renewal rates by submitting a ticket via our ENGIE Resources Support Portal. 


For contract-related changes, the request must come from the Contract Signor or an Authorized Representative on the account. 


Once received, a Sales Representative from our Sales Department or an ENGIE Authorized Broker will reach out directly within 5 business days to review renewal rates.
