What is the process for renewing my contract?
To obtain renewal rates, please contact our Renewal Support team at (866) 621-9196 or by submitting a ticket through our resources portal.
Who is authorized to make changes to my contract?
Any modifications to the contract must be initiated by the Contract Signor or an Authorized Representative associated with the account. Upon receipt of the request, a Sales Representative from our Sales Department or an ENGIE Authorized Broker will reach out directly within 3 business days to discuss renewal rates.
Does my contract automatically renew?
Your contract will only auto-renew if you have previously signed both an initial agreement and a subsequent renewal agreement. In the absence of a signed renewal agreement, your contract will not renew automatically.
Is it possible to retain the same rate as my current or expired agreement?
Renewal rates are determined by current market conditions. Consequently, we cannot assure that your renewal rate will be the same as your current or expired rate.
Can I renew my residential meter?
ENGIE is a commercial energy provider and will no longer renew residential meters. We will maintain service for existing residential meters until they are decommissioned or transitioned to another supplier; however, we are unable to offer renewal contracts for these meters.
Are deposits required to renew?
No, ENGIE does not require any deposits for the renewal of contracts.
