Have you checked your My ENGIE Portal to see if your invoice is available?
If it's not available, there could be a few reasons why.
1. Your service cycle hasn't ended yet. The utility will read the meter, send us the usage, and we will calculate and generate your invoice.
2. Even if your service cycle has ended, we might still be waiting for your utility to send us usage. We actively monitor for usage delays and will escalate if needed. We will generate your invoice once usage is received.

Access to the customer portal enables you to view and print invoices, make payments, set up AutoPay, review your account history, among other helpful features.
Please chat with an agent or submit a ticket with your preferred email address to use as your log in credentials alongside the account number(s) you'd like registered. We'll send you an activation link to activate your account.
