How do I add an authorized user on my account?

To Add an Authorized Representative to the Account:


The current Account Holder can call 
866-693-6443 authorizing access for another individual to the account for this specific request or future requests. Or they can submit a ticket with the Letter of Authorization. The letter must be dated, on company letterhead, denoting the authorized representative with their contact information and signed by the Account Holder. Once the LOA is received, we will add the Authorized Representative to the account and contact them to complete this request. 

 

 

To Change the Account Holder


If the Account Holder is unknown, no longer with the company, or not in a position to authorize new users, we need a dated letter, on company letterhead, detailing the new account holder’s name alongside their mailing address, phone number and email address. The letter should be signed by a company signatory with their title. 
Once the letter is received via ticket or mail, we will change the Account Holder’s name on the account and contact them to complete this request.
