You can find this information on My ENGIE Portal. The service start date is listed under the account settings tile of the Accounts Summary dashboard. For more detailed instructions, please visit page 56 of the portal user guide.
If you don’t have a customer portal account yet and would like to create one, you can chat with an agent or submit a ticket via our ENGIE Resources Support Portal with the email address you'd like to use for your login, along with your billing account number, and list of meters, and we'll assist you with the registration process.
