How do I obtain my contract end date?

If you receive your invoice from ENGIE, your contract end date is located on your invoice. It is at the bottom of page 3, under General Information.

If you receive your invoice from your utility company, with ENGIE charges included, please chat with an agent or submit a ticket via our ENGIE Resources Support Portal, and we will respond with your contract end date.
